JOHNSTOWN, Pa. -- A Johnstown restaurant that was ordered to temporarily close after failing a health inspection Thursday has reopened.
Fuji Japanese Steakhouse at the Galleria Mall in Johnstown reopened Friday after passing a health inspection.
According to the health inspection report, the Department of Agriculture ordered Fuji to temporarily close after it found a total of 42 live roaches, 15 roach eggs and 16 dead roaches throughout the facility.
In a followup inspection that took place Friday morning, the Department of Agriculture said all affected equipment had been thrown out and no violations were found.
The report said the restaurant will conduct weekly pest control from here on out.
