Richard Simmons is returning to “GH!” Richard Simmons took to Twitter this afternoon to make an announcement that he will be making another guest appearance on “General Hospital.” Stay tuned. We will post if more details about his appearance emerge.

Famed fitness fanatic Richard Simmons is headed back to Port Charles for a visit. The weight loss magnate played himself on the soap from 1979 until 1983. He will be returning for an appearance at the Nurses’ Ball. Look for him to pop up in two episodes. No word yet on the dates when you can see if he’s still sporting his trademark striped shorts.
