The Pittsburgh Penguins announced Wednesday that they have traded forward Teddy Blueger to the Vegas Golden Knights for defenseman Peter DiLiberatore and a 2024 third-round draft pick.

"We are grateful for everything that Teddy has done for this team and the organization over the past 10 years," said general manager Ron Hextall. "He was one of our most reliable penalty killers and a consummate professional. We wish him nothing but the best going forward."

Blueger played 4+ seasons with the Penguins, recording 33 goals and 59 assists in 250 games played.

DiLiberatore has played in 88 career AHL games, and has registered three goals, 22 assists and 25 points.

He was drafted in sixth round of the 2018 draft by Vegas.
